Social Responsibility
While working to make every business successful, there is a great awareness to be socially responsible, caring of our natural habitat and looking out for the well-being of the people around us especially the poor and marginalised.Â
The group has been a regular financial contributor and sponsor to various community charitable organisations for example the Chung Hwa Association, schools and colleges, arts and performance groups building warm and respectable relationships. At the same time bridging cultures like helping some Chinese communities assimilate locally with a better understanding of the Australian culture and lifestyle. Â
Meet the Dream Team
We provide internships for graduates to be trained in their respective roles and qualifications. This is a great start for them to understand the real work environment and write better resumes in their job applications.Â
The group would like to increase its effort in helping the indigenous people of WA. We are working on a program to provide job opportunities to candidates who want to learn and be trained into the workforce. We are persistently monitoring and looking out for ways to give back to the community. Hopefully, we can in a small way complement to the strength of the WA economy.
The company is very much conscious of the environmental impact of the different processes carried out by any industry. The management is therefore committed to using and introducing sustainable energy-efficient systems like Solar, LED lightings, biodegradable compounds, recycling cardboards and plastic, efficient water usage and electric powered vehicles. Â
The directors are fully committed to safety and health of not just the employees but include the suppliers, contractors, consultants, stakeholders, guests and visitors.
Yuan’s Group is not just looking at how much business profit it can get but also to give back when we see the scarcities and needs around us. We are very pleased with the social programs implemented but we can do better and will continue to increase our contribution to the community.
