Chicken breast is a boneless cut that comes from the chest of the bird, and is available with or without the skin. This is a versatile cut of white meat containing very little fat. Breasts are suitable for grilling, pan frying, or oven roasting. They can be served whole, or sliced for sandwiches and salads.
