Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a process used for the identification, evaluation and control of food safety hazards. Our HACCP program is supported by a series of prerequisite programs including sanitary practices pest control micro testing. YUANS operates an extensive HACCP program which, in combination with good hygienic and manufacturing practices and education of food handlers, ensures high standards of hygiene.

Yuan’s operates an extensive sampling and testing program to verify that the hygienic standards applied in the processing areas have produced food that is safe for consumption.

All YUANS products are assessed for compliance to the Australian Standards.  The HDWA oversees hygiene and processing practices through there auditing programs. Our programs are also third party audited for compliance to regulatory and customer standards our company has been HACCP certified since 2012

We operate a comprehensive Approved supplier program where suppliers have to qualify under certain criteria which includes 3rd party audit results The aim of this procedure is to ensure that goods and services that are supplied to YUAN’S FRESH MEATS that may affect or have a bearing on product supplied to our clients, meets our specified requirements and therefore has no detrimental outcomes to product handling, storage, process and delivery.we also engage with suppliers on there commitment to take account of their ethics, labour rights, health and safety and the environmental responsibilities along with any animal welfare issues
