Yuans Fresh Meats are proud to be producing our newest branded product, Rolling Hills. We are 100 % both WA owned and operated, producing out of our Canning Vale factory. We have developed this branding for our MAP, thermos form (case ready) and Free-range chicken, to be sold directly from the fridges, meat section and Deli sections of any business. We are able to price the items individually for both ease and also to ensure you get the gross profit individual stores require.
All product that are packed under the Rolling Hills brand, are both sourced from growers who have the highest ethical standard, and care for the wellbeing of the chickens.
Our boning and packing teams are very highly skilled, and have very good knowledge of the products they are preparing. We have a very strong HACCP and are also Halal certified.
We are more than happy to work in with our clients for all their individual needs and wishes.
As stated earlier, we have very high ethical standards in sorting our chicken supply, this is even stronger with our Rolling Hills free-range line, we are assured that the chickens are able to roam free and have a good clean living as approved by Australian standards, and are therefore able to grow at their natural rate of growth.
We have done a great deal of research on the topic of free range chicken, and we believe free range chickens is the future for the chicken industry not only in Australia but more importantly in Western Australia,
We can pack our free range in both MAP, and thermos form as well as in bulk, this will give opportunities, for both small stores, large store, restaurants, and hotels to put free range into their stores or on their menus.
