Lamb Rump is a premium piece of meat. This is a prime muscle cut from high up the hindleg. This cut has minimal fat covering that crisps up beautifully when cooked. This is tender cut of meat that shows off the natural flavour of lamb. We recommend simply pan searing and then roasting this cut, allowing time to rest before serving to get the best from this premium cut. They are deliciously served on their own, or in tender slices with pastas and salads.
